SKÁL! is a bar & restaurant located in Hlemmur Foodhall in Reyjavík. Known for it’s take on combining seasonality, high quality food and drinks in a casual setting at fair price point. Run by three friends, Björn Steinar – saltmaker from Saltverk, Gísli Grímsson and chef Gísli Matt (founder of the highly acclaimed Slippurinn in the Westman islands). In drinks we serve natural wines, locally brewed beers & in-house made kombucha.
